Emma at 32 weeks.

This past Monday I had a checkup following an ordered ultrasound. Jeff was able to come to the ultrasound and wow had Emma grown. She's about 4 lbs and has a full head of hair which we were able to see. She also has super long eyelashes. The ultrasound tech said it was the first time she had seen eyelashes on a 3D ultrasound. She was confirmed once again to be a girl and was a lot more well behaved this time. The Dr. said that she was measuring about a week small and I found out that they never officially changed my due date from the 9th to the 6th. 09/09/10 is the date to wait for. Tomorrow (Friday) we hit 7 weeks to go and we've got her clothes hung up and folded. Well, Noah likes to unfold her clothes and rock them :) I'm not sure he understand exactly how much his world is going to change, but for right now he's excited to have a sister. (We'll be adding new ultrasound pictures soon!)

I can't forget a Noah update: He's growing and learning so much. His spoken vocabulary gets bigger and more clear every day. He likes to say hi and mama, more and anything with the letter "o". He tells me every day that Daddy has to go to school. He's learning new signs constantly and they really help with him speaking and remembering the words. This week he learned help, slide, swing, napkin, spoon, fork, stop, hot, cold, and how to finger spell his name. We also worked on signing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star." He's getting more independent and loves to paint and play with play doh. We have several Noah masterpieces if anyone needs some fridge brightening. This past Monday Nana watched Noah so that I could go to my checkup and he walks into the house, ignores Nana saying Hi and heads straight for the tractors. We play tractors and cars at least 4 times a day. He is definitely a constant source of entertainment!
